Lucille ("the Service") is an AI-powered text message assistant. By texting our phone number, you agree to these terms.

How It Works

You send a text message to our number and receive AI-generated responses. The AI runs on private hardware and provides general-purpose assistance including answering questions, conversation, reminders, and more.

What Lucille Is Not

• Not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Not an emergency service — call 911 for emergencies
• Not guaranteed to be accurate — AI can make mistakes

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the system
• Send harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Use automated systems to send messages to the service

SMS & Messaging

• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your usage
• Text STOP to opt out at any time
• Text HELP for assistance

Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage, accounts are limited to a reasonable number of messages per day. We reserve the right to adjust limits or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Lucille offers monthly subscription plans. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — just ask.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated responses.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time by texting STOP.
